We are not slide-deck consultants. We started as juniors — socket wrench in hand, notebook in the pocket, asking "but why does it work this way?". Today we build costwise.pro because we know continuous improvement from both sides: when you have to roll it out and when you have to survive it.

Lean Manufacturing, VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen — done in practice, not only on a certificate. We know when the tenth "why?" actually helps and when it just annoys the shift lead.

CI is not a quarterly workshop with cookies. It is small daily decisions that compound into a result after a year. That is exactly how our platform works.
Optimization with dirty hands
Cost reduction, TPM, OEE, work standardization — projects where we counted cycle seconds and changeover minutes. Because the gap between "almost" and "works" is worth a few million a year.
